Gm Experience: I've messed around on my own server so I know the normal commands like !jail,!ban and stuff like that. I also know a good place to find item codes and monster codes for event if I run some :l
Times online: Usually everyday for a pretty long time, but will be on longer on weekends. (Sometimes over 5 hours on weekdays >.>)
